I spent one week in Sweden in such an amazing way! One of the greatest things I experienced during this week was travelling by plane. It was increadible! At first I was very worried because I hadn't flown before! Now I am extremely happy that I had the chance to see one of the best sceneries I had ever seen before- early in the morning above the clouds when the sun was still rising. It left me speechless. The first flight was from Sofia to Frankfurt, Germany. The airport in Frankfurt was huge!!!! We were lucky enough not to get lost. :) And the second flight was from Frankfurt to Copenhagen. I had the great desire to go sightseeing in Copenhagen but we did not have time and it was like 9 o'clock p.m.
Then we went to Lund by train where my Swedish partner was waiting for me. She was so nice! And her family treated me like a princess! They were all very well-behaved and always smiling! :) And the meals the cooked for me were great! And my partner- Alma she was always next to me. If I had a problem she was willing to help me and solve it!
This is me and Alma! I am on the left and she is on the right side of the photo.
By the way, the second day we went to Lund and it was very cute city. We visited the mayor and he told us about the story of Lund and that was interesting and impressive. Later we did some shopping with the Swedish students and this helped us to get to know each other.
We also went to Malmo which is the 3rd biggest city im Sweden where we did a lot of activities. we did ice Skating, visited the LGBTQ community. This is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. But in my opinion the most interesting place we visited was the Sinagogue because I hadn't been in Sinagogue before and I learnt a lot ofnew things. But the funniest part was that the boys hat to put something like "hats" on their heads which was called kippah. And we also went to Emporia- which was huge shopping mall in Malmo. Some of us actually got lost. Fortunatelly, there were maps in the mall that helped us find the shop we wanted to go. Oh, and also i tried sushi for the first time there and it tastes very good.
The best day in Sweden was Friday! We went to one of the Swedish student's house. Even though we were walking 5 kilometers to the house we were having so much fun there playing some instruments and singing together. Unforgettable memories!
